At Miss Bride to Be Bridal, client satisfaction is our top priority.  We strive to provide a very relaxed and catered customer service experience that ultimately delivers beautiful, high quality wedding dresses/formal wear and accessories that exceed our clients expectations.    We will make every effort to ensure accurate sizing, prompt delivery, and quality control.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the craftsmanship, fit, or finish of your gown we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  We care deeply that we continuously provide outstanding service throughout your experience with us from meeting you for the first time at our lovely boutique to facilitating timely delivery of the gown that you've ordered with us. 


To that end, we encourage all our clients to share their feedback on how we can make your personal shopping experience better.  Please note that once you have placed an order with us that ALL SALES ARE FINAL so we do request that you take care to select the gowns you absolutely love.  We will take care of the rest!
